WASHINGTON, Mar, 26 (UP) ~The Army announced yesterday | that Maj. Gen. John T. Lewis will become commander next Sunday of the Army Anti-Aircraft Command. Gen. Lewis will succeed Gen. Wilard W. Irvin who has reached the statutory retirement age of 62. Gen. Lewis, who has been commander of the anti-aircraft artillery and guided missile center at i. Bliss, Tex. will be succeeded there by Maj. Gen. Stanley R. Mickelsen, assistant chief of spe-| clal weapons in the Army Research and Development Center.
