Battling Tones Agree To End Stormy Nuptial

Barbara Payton and Franchot Tone have agreed to end their stormy marriage, and he has renstated his divorce suit against
her, the actor's attorney revealed today. : Attorney Charles Gleis said “an attempted reconciliation” between the suave Tone and the shapely peauty failed. At Mr. Tone's request, he said,
