If the budget won't stand the strain now these features can be added later—if the lot is large enough, Even without the garage and breezeway the home has three bedrooms and the exterior is exceedingly attractive. The combination of rough brick and wood siding on the gable ends relieves the monotony of a one material home. . We enter through a protected front door and find a convenient coat closet on our left.
