NCE again the miracle of spring awakens the world to a new sense of beauty. Nature's gentle emergence transforms a winter-weary landscape into a fresh wonderland. Fashion this spring is a reflection of this gentle beauty. On the cover are designer-costumes from local stores which represent the leading silhouets that will make your costume look especially 1952. Directly above is the slim suit, its clean tailored lines underscored with black piping and shiny black buttons set formation-wise on the front. The fabric is black and white slubbed wool. From Block's. (A) :

"THE DOLL SILHOUET .is exquisitely interpreted in a coat by Monte Sano. The fabric is black wool taffeta with plaid overlay of nubby black wool. Sleeves are short cuffed bells. From Ayres’. (B)
A typical teen ensemble for Easter Sunday is the checked wool coat with matching hat trimmed with two pert red straw flowers. The belt is red. The coat is lined with red taffeta. From Blocks Hi School Shop. (C) Again the doll silhouet—this time in a little nlack suit of all-wool faille by Bellciano. Wear it with layers of petticoats and one of the new “little” fur scarfs to be drawn snugly around the throat. From Wasson's. (D) If your choice is to be a coat to wear over everything, consider the new coat below with soft supple lines. Fullness is restrained, the collar softly rolled, the sleeves pushed up casually. The ensemble, including that of the handsome gentleman, are from Strauss. (E)
Younger members of the family will want to join in the Easter Parade, too. You will find these coats in all fine children’s departments. (F)
