Mr, Bcozzaro testified his wife took advantage of his extreme ticklishness “everytime she thought I was eyeing other women.”
“One time I came home from work and she tickled me so hard 1 ran out of our apartment-—with-out clothes on,” he said. Mrs. Scozzaro and her mother contended Mr. 8cozzaro's big weakness wasn't ticklishness but a roving eye, Judge Adams directed the three defendants to share the costs of prosecution.

Army Veteran at 15 Faces Life Sentence
DETROIT, - Mar. 14 (UP)— Thomas Werden, 17, whose mother had him recalled from Army occupation duty in Japan at 15 because he was under-age, today awaited a mandatory life sentence for first degree murder.
“I wish T had let him stay in| the Army,” his mother, Mrs. Albina Werden, sobbed after the Jury announced its verdict ‘n the holdup shooting of bar manager John T. Rowan, 57, last May 25. “I guess I wanted too much out of life and couldn't wait to get it the hard way,” Werden said.!. “I was happy in the Army.”
