She sald her husband, Harry Blakely Jr., a 42-year-old con- * /struction foreman, “ignored’ enn tirely” the 12 articles they drew ‘up after a marital spat in 1949. “The case opened yesterday be fore Common Pleas Judge E. R. Hoover and continued today. Mrs. Blakely said her husband «i failed to live up to Article 2 be‘cause he was not ‘debonair and gallant” and made no attempt to

She said he also violated the “dally dozen” by provoking arguments and subjecting her to-phys-jcal and mental abuse. In addition, she said, Mr. Blakely committed “an indiscretion” with a Canton, O., woman. The Blakelys, who have an 8-year-old . son and 86-year-old daughter, have been separated since last August, Mr. Blakely said he Nas been paying $135 monthly to his estranged wife, plus utilities, taxes and “my blood” out of his $400 a month salary. : He refused to say why he had entered {nto such a seemingly one-sided agreement, - and he would not comment on the whims, § weaknesses and lapses of his wife mentioned in the articles. “It'll have to walt until I get my day in court,” he said.

Becduse it. was warm after lunch, Mr. Hobbs left the topcoat in his car behind his office at the Home Elevator Co., Inc. 1142 Southeastern Ave. The topcoat and two suits were stolen. Mr. Hobbs, who lives at 5885 Forest Lane, reported the coat thefts to police. It wasn’t until later he remembered the ring, he said, and reported it as an additional theft. Detectives were looking for two boys, one wearing a red bandana, who loitered near the car yesterday. Mr. Hobbs, who gave the ring to his wife 13 months ago to cheer her up, said she wasn't very cheerful today.
