UN, Reds Step Nearer To Solving a Deadlock

PANMUNJOM, Korea, Feb. 22 (UP)—United Nations and Communist truce negotiators moved closed today to a compromise %golution of their deadlock over troop rotation. New offers by both sides were only 5000 troops and one port of entry apart. United Nations negotiators were confident the gap could be closed.
