PLEASE, DOCTOR 7” SAVE MEJr—-MAH HAID IS BOILINT=-MAH PORE EYEBALLS ALREADY FEELS LIKE 10-MINUTE

You older girls might like to make a large velvet or red

corduroy heart for Mother’s Valentines. Maybe some of you Mothers

might like to make these for your daughters, too, to help them organize their pin and jewelry departments. ’ This heart requires no sewing, but it does requiré good glue to assemble the heart and hold it securely if it is hung on the wall. Cut out an eight to 10 inch heart from strong cardboard, and then cut out a red velvet or corduroy heart an inch larger than the

a |! cardboard heart. Lay a layer of cotton over the cardboard for om || stuffing and to give the heart roundness. Now lay the material [fl heart on top of the cotton and tuck the 2xcess material under the

cardboard and glue in place. White lace should ndw be glued to the back to cover the red material and to stick out all around-the heart. A tape loop can then

|}i be glued to the back so that the heart can be hung up. Your heart

will be showing and your pins, too! TOMORROW—An Indoor Airplane Ride.
