TV Star Looks Good In Yéllow
Theodora Lynch, the new TV sensation, was looking very spring-like at Mocambo, where she was dining with members of her show, “Dangers of Delah.” She was wearing a grape-fruit-yellow, two-piece wool dress. The skirt was slim, the jacket tailored and close fitting. A large square collar shaped a low decollete, and on the collar Miss Lynch wore a striking dia-
¢ mond calla Illy.
Later on in the evening she removed the jacket and transferred ,the pin to the strapless bodice. :
Jo's Petticoat

spring suits, coats and dresses.
Furs Called
an Ideal
Gift on Valentine Day
HE gall&ént gentleman who is looking for an especially luxurious gift to prove his love to his Valentine on Thursday will, of course, consider furs. He need not be hesitant in relying on his own taste,
for it has been said, that: in selecting furs men have a nat-
ural instinct for the good and. the beautiful. po
He will, however, want “to know what is newest this season, Furs, in the past few years, have become as style-conscious as fabric fashions and the furs themselves are manipulated into current silhouét as easily as silks and woolens, = = =»
FOR SPRING, a well-kown ‘Indianapolis furrier is suggesting new winged boleros with stole fronts. He is so convinced that this style will be a leader that he is advertising one in the March issue of Vogue. You can be clever and buy it now, then point with pride when the magazine comes out Pictured above, the bolero is
waist-length in back falls
gracefully to fingertip length in front. ow
THE FULL, WINGED sleeves have a narrow cuff and melt into the body of the bolero giving it a cape-llke effect. The flattering rolled collar melts | into the front of the coat. Styles similar to this one are available in almost every type | of fur, but if you want the very best, consider the new black ebony mink like the one photographed. . It is “a new mutation available In quantity for the first | time this season. This and other luxurious furs | are available right now at Davidson's Indiana Fur Co. (By | B, L)
Pressing Tip . Time saver in making dresses ' or skirts at home, is to press the hems in place with your steam iron, instead of basting. |

won in his own hand and promptly led the deuce of dia-
monds. West was not “ready” for this play. Thus West was forced to win with the ace
and this time he had no safe return, h After long thought, which helped him not at all, he laid down the ace and another club. South won the second club with the king and cashed the queen of diamonds on which he discarded a spade from dummy.

of diamonds, but there would have been no way for him to avoid losing four tricks.
