banned by the Taft-Hartley law. The court recalled that the unfon. sought to impose “working conditions” in place of formal contracts with the ITU members having power to hire and fire, The NLRB had ordered the ITU to cease and desist from threatening strikes, and attempting" to coerce employers in bar-
plaint, asking that this order be modified, contending that it failed to find the unjon guilty of certain unfair labor practices, including the “reproduction” issue. The Printing Industry of America, Inc, had objected to certain NLRB findings, including the agency's refusal to rule on portions ‘of the written contract which the ITU later agreed to negotiate. The PIA’s petition was denied.
