The Little Boy Came Back Smiling—
Clothe-A-Child Shows ‘I's Better to Give’

The little boy came back to The Times Clothe-A-Child head“showing off” the new clothes the kind

people had bought for him.
The people who took him to the stores were “beaming,” too. They had that “Merry Christmas” smile of those who really believe that +—particulariy-at-the-yuletide “It's

When the people left the headquarters, the boy asked, a bit apologetic, “Is it all right if I leave my old shoes here , , . I don’t
need them now.” Staff Amazed
Sure, it was all right. When the staff at headquarters picked up even they were amazed. The soles of the shoes were completely worn through. The boy’s feet actually were on the ground when he wore them to Clothe-A -Child headquarters

Harvester Employees Clothe 11 Children
There are 11 little children who will have a warm Christmas this year thanks to the supervision employees of the foundry division at International Harvester Co. on Brookville Rd. Each year the employees exchange gifts and cards with a fund they maintain. This year they decided there was more cheer in Clothe-A-Child than in their own exchange. Then they went to work. The other day they took five children to the bought them complete new outfits. Yesterday they were back. Six more children were clothed. It will be a happy Christmas for the 11 children and there's a little more happiness in the hearts of the Harvester men today.
