Skin Care

TEEN - AGERS beware, This is the season that can really play havoc with your skin, Holiday excitement Js high, and you're ine clined to get a lot less sleep, eat rich, gooey foods, and gen-

Nyrerally neglect your beauty rou-

tine, If your gkin is already starte ing to show signs of getting out of hand, begin right now to give it special care. Keep your face immaculately clean. Never cover old make-up with new, and indulge in soap and water washings at least three times a day. x = =» FOR ANY blemishes that have appeared, try using one of the special mealy grain preparations, designed to keep your skin smooth and shiny, every night -before you go to bed. Chances are your skin is inclined to be oily, so stay away from night creams and such. As for your diet, make an effort to resist candy-and-cake temptations. Of course, Christmas Day is an exception, but you are less likely to have illeffects, if you save all your splurging for one day. # s »

SLEEP, which is always tremendously important to your skin as well as your general health, must be especially emphasized at Christmas. Too few hours of rest will definitely affect your skin. You may break out in blotches, dark circles under your eyes, or just general sallowness. Christmas and all its gaiety belongs to you. What fun it will be to face it with the confidence that comes with a fresh, clear-looking complexion.
