Commuter Bus Strike Near End
The Indiana Railroad bus strike, affecting 5000 passengers daily in and out of Indianapolis, may end Sunday. Last night management and union representatives agreed to terms after.a 10-hour session. The walkout started Dec. "1. Members will vote. tomorrow

Paris Porter said today 26 of 28 employees would not get paid for December because of a | shortage of funds. “We would have had enough money if the men hadn't put in §0 many hours,” he said, blaming bad roads for making additional work necessary. Mr. Porter said the County Highway Department would show a deficit of nearly $7500 by the end of the month, He sald claims from employees and creditors would not be paid until January. |
