Hollywood might sneer at the Olymp film fling. The picture had little suspense. Even the inevitable “chase” amounted to little. But the Olymps were satisfied.| They wrote the script. | Any hint of suspense was re-| moved in the first quarter. Bill|

SIX POINTS by Barney and seven ‘by Center Joe Graboski pushed the Olymps to .a 46-30 edge at the half. George Milge got 11 of his 16 total points In the second 12 minutes for the Lakers. Olymp defensive tactics and Mikan’s disgust combined to give George a minor role in the Kimbrough film. The part the Olymps had written for themselves kept expanding. Early in the third quarter they led, 52-30. The 22-point deficit was enough to make the Lakers ask for script censorship. But all that was censorable was the Laker bench language. And it soft, though bitter. Four of the Olymps starters, Barnhorst, Wah Jones, Graboski and Tosheff, retired for a rest in the third quarter. And that brought on the Laker “chase.” Olymp subs let the Indianapolis margin drop to 9 points, 73-64.

OLYMP COACH Herm Schaefer looked at the script and called “Cut.” In went the Olymp starters. The Laker threat went down faster than the shades at an old maid's house. When the picture was over and the stars had retired to their dressing rooms, Schaefer handed out an Oscar. Despite Barnhorst’s 25 points, Graboski's 19, Walther's 16 and Tosheff's 12, there were no individual awards given. Schaefer restricts himself to honoring only the team as a whole. Like he says, “the Olymps are a
