Times Special ELLEVUE, O., Nov. 16-— Clarence Hunsinger is possibly the only man in the world whose pockets aré full of inspiration. And he distributes inspiration wherever he goes. His hobby is mottos. For years, he collected them and wrote them down in notebooks. But nowadays he prints them on little cards and hands them out. He also prints them on postcards -and mails them out and prints them on display cards and has them put up on the walls of homes, schools and stores, Mr. Hunsinger’'s chief joy is to get these “spots of ingpiration,” as he calls them, before as many eyes as possible.
