troop-carrier plane in which 36 American service men were dashed tn their deaths against the jagged peak of Mont D Ore. Capt. Marshall V. Frederichson. who directed the search and recue nperations, said- only 200 feet separated the plane and its p=2ssengers from safety as it flew offcourse through a blinding snowstorm in the Massif Centrale mountain range. Bomb shelters for Indianapolis will be sought in an-extensive survey of husiness, government and industrial buildings.
