The Grand Jury noted Mr. Maholm “not only” prepared ‘Jordan's letter of dismissal to Mr. Mazelin but also prepared {Miss Jordan's statement to the (judges. Commenting on the Grand Jury's report, Judge Rabb said: “It appears an unfounded charge has been filed against a person who has a position in the community. I hope this will clear | his name. It should.” Mr. Mazelin could pot be ‘reached for comment.
