ST. LOUIS, Oct. 20 (UP) United States District Judge Rubey M. Hulen will preside over * the bribery and misconduct trial hera of former Internal’ Revenue Collector James P. Finnegan, it was announced today. Judge George H. Moore, one of three jurists for the eastern district of Missouri, previously had disqualified himself in the case. A grand jury under Judge Moore indicted the long-time friend of President Truman on five bribery and misconduct counts after the judge publicly deplored the alleged failure of the United States Attorney General's office to press the inquiry.
