Times Special HAMILTON, Cal, Oct. 18— Hamilton Air Base Chapel here will be the scene at 2 p. m. today of the marriage of Miss Janet Darlyn Puryear and Pfc. Mel Denney.
The bride, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Puyear, 2031 N. Temple Ave. Indianapolis, will wear a champagne ribbon taffeta ballerina length dress and a purple orchid.
After a wedding trip to Yogemite National Park; Cal, the couple will make its home in Morgan Hill, Cal. Pfc. Denney, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Wood, Morgan Hill, attended San Jose State College.
Aid Housewives Food Problems
Mrs. Nell B. Nichols, Topeka, Kas., field editor of the Woman's Home Companion, is in Indianapolis for the next few ‘days to interview local -youog housewives on their food problems. Mrs. Nichols takes monthly tours to meet readers and determine their. needs foodwise, Her findings will be used in determining the type of material housewives need to meet their everyday cooking problems. She started her local survey yesterday by checking with Miss Veronica Morrisey, director of Ayres’ Tearoom,
