apolis Alliance of Delta Delta Delta Sorority at the open-

ing meeting Saturday in the ° Chapter House. Mrs. Owen Calvert, president, and Mrs. Alex J. Kertis Jr, ‘hospitality chairman, will be in charge of welcoming, The program will include music by Mrs. G. Parliamentarians Mrs. W. H. Vinzant, 3207 Central Ave. will fly to Mobile, Ala., Sunday for the eighth biennial convention of the Nations al Association of Parliamentarjans. The event is scheduled Monday through Oct. 4 in the Hotel Battle House. Delegates will honor Mrs. Vinzant, president, with a banquet Tuesday. Other local women attending include Mrs. Paul vanB. Allen, national corresponding secretary; Mrs. W, C, Bartholomew, state president, and Mesdames Clarence L. Kittle, Charles F. Voyles, Horace Mann Powell, W. W. Reedy and Rose Marie Cruzan.
