ECTOR GARCIA is The Times’ Teen of the Week. A senior at Tech High School, Hector plans to study at John Herron Art Institute and Butler University and

teach art in high school later. A member of the Drama Club

and the Service Club, Hector represented the art student "body in the Tech Art Association last year and represented the advanced fine arts class in the Craftsman’'s Guild Show

last May. This fall he starts drawing cartoons for the Tech Cannon, school paper.

Audubons to Meet

The Indiana Audubon Society will have its third annual fall meeting Oct. 5-7 this year at Michigan City. Bird hikes, bird talks and a visit to Jasper-Pu-laski state game preserve are on the program.
