In civilian life he is assistant chief of vocational rehabilitation and education for the Veterans Administration in Indiana. His new reserve wing will train one week-end a month and for 15 days in the summer at Atterbury Air Force Base. Any reservist who does not belong to an organized unit or who is a member of a volunteer alr reserve unit may join the 923d.
