In Wisconsin Race MILWAUKEE, Aug. 24 (UP) Norm Nelson of Racine, Wis., set a new record in winning the 100-mile stock car race at the Wisconsin State Fair for the second straight year yesterday. He drove his 1951 Oldsmobile over the 100 laps in 1:26:11.20 for an average speed of 69.6 mph and established a one-mile record of :49.73. Rodger Ward of Los Angeles took second money in another Oldsmobile and Perry Grimm, Los Angeles, was third with Nash. Another 100-mile race is scheduled here today.
