LOS ANGELES, Aug. 4 (UP)—| An Air Force test pilot was killed today when his F-94 Lockheed jet plane went into a spin 20 miles) northwest of Victorville, an Air Force announcement disclosed. The victim was identified several hours later as Maj. Wilber W. Feller Jr., 36, of Terre Haute, Ind. { Maj.
