Stocks, Indexes Decline;
Trading Only
By ELMER OC. WALZER __ United Press Financial Editor NEW YORK, Aug. 11—Stocks declined during the past week on moderate trading. The market set new highs since 1930 early in the week and then encountered profit - taking later which left the major indexes lower on the week, e industrial average lost a 1jftle more than a dollar and the rails less than 50 cents. Rails, however, had several firm spots despite the loss in their average.
