Earlier, Dr. James 0. Ritchey, chairman of the Department of Medicine in the Indiana University School of Medicine, told the court he knew of no stomach disorder for which the Davis herbs would be helpful. Davis, 47, and his 56-year-old wife, Carrie, are charged with 10 counts of violating the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetics Act in their operation of Co-ordinative Medicines Association, Inc. This is the third day of the trial.

Each day the contestants should be at the pools by 12:45 p. m. The search for the king and queen is being conducted by The Times and the City Park Recreation Department.
