KOKOMO, July 13 (UP) Seven Kokomo tavern operators have been ordered by the Indiana Alcoholic Beverage Commission to appear at hearings July 19 on charges that they sold intoxicants to minors, The hearings are the outgrowth of a recent expose by Howard Circuit Judge Merton Stanley tnat teen-agers were involved in a series of sex and drinking. escapades. ‘ Authorities said the charges were based on investigations of incidents before and after Judge Stanley's disclosure.
