Brownson, Indianapolis Republican about a Navy, gray paint deal. Mr. Kimball's letter, which Rep. Brownson made public indicates the amount of Navy gray was overestimated in the Brownson| inquiry by 6 million gallons and the purchase price of the tinting material by almost a dollar a gallon. i i
