PARIS, June 21 (CDN)--The Soviets "are putting out a’ new edition of the “Great Soviet Encyclopedia” which will run to 48 volumes of T00 pages each. Three are already in circulation.

Kolo is not a Communist, but he uses the Moscow technique of exploiting the international border for his one-way use. His “privileged sanctuary” is the ribbed chocolate-colored range in Iran where his wife's family takes care of him when the neighboring Iraqis get too close.
