Yellow and blue taffeta frocks were worn by the bride's attendants yesterday at the wedding of Miss Doris Jean Johnson and Kenneth Glenn Bensen. Miss Barbara Lammers, gister of the bride, was maid of honor, Mrs, William Fairfield, Chicago, and Mrs. Lambert Gilman Neff Jr., Glenview, Ill., sister of the bride, were bridesmaids. All three attendants wore embroidered white organdy frocks over blue taffeta. Lt. William Fairfield, Chicago, was the best man. The ushers were John and Ray Huizinga, Chicago. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles G. Lammers, 3816 N, New Jersey St. The bridegroom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. J. M. Everwine, Leechburg, Pa.

Bride's Bouquet

In traditional ivory satin, the bride carried a bouquet of white orchids and stephanotis. Her gown was fashioned with a yoke edged with a flouncing of embroidered net. The skirt swept into a train and she wore an illusion veil held by a tiara. A reception was held in the Columbia Club. The bride was graduated from Northwestern Univer sity and is a member of Delta Delta Delta Sorority. The bridegroom, who is a graduate of Culver Military Academy and Northwestern University, is a member of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity. The couple will make their home in Middlebury, Vt. where Mr. Everwine will enter Bread Loaf College as a graduate student.

The bride was gowned In imported swiss organdy with pale blue embroidered flower motifs outlining the fitted bodice. Over the basque was a jacket of matching organdy tied at the neckline with pale blue satin ribbons. White embroidered motifs were scattered over her bouffant skirt which fell into a chapel sweep. Her two-tiered fingertip veil was attached to a pleated organdy cap. She carried a round bouquet of fringed white. carnations, forget-me-nots, blue stephanotis and fleur d’amour.

Wore Pendant

Her only ornament was a platinum diamond pendant which belonged to her maternal grandmother and is worn by each granddaughter at her wedding.
