the town where the gambling games are made. One manufacturer of gaming devices, the Wilner Sales Co., 1522 8. Walnut St., sent out a brochure listing more than 191 games of chance. ‘ The list was mailed to The Times this morning. Listed were pad deals, can deals, table top boards, pullboard deals, envelope deals, jar games, fas-pac deals, stapled tickets, jackpot cards, bingo deals, tip books on baseball dailies, and baseball series, The list included the prices for each gaming device and the guaranteed profit on each one. The company advertised itself as “the home of original fast action tickets,” ; Proudly the owners boasted: We are proud of our record of fair treatment to all customers] in. our many years in business. Your inquiry on special deals invited. Lets talk it over.” This firm is but one of several operating in Muncie, gamblers said.

Dies in Train-Car Crash in State

family of four persons was killed last night when their car crashed into the side of a Nickel Plate freight locomotive at a crossing on U. 8. 20, one mile east of here. Dead are a Redgranite, Wiscouple and their two sons who

were returning home from school at Michigan State College In Lansing, Mich. They were:

Anthony Eannelli, 21. George Eannelli, 19. Witnesses told state police that Mr. Eannelli, the father, driver of the car, failed to see the crossing flasher signals until too late, then attempted to “swerve with the train.” The right side of the car was torn away by the second

locomotive of a freight train that was gaining speed after departing from here. Witnesses estimated the car's speed at 65 miles an hour.
