1 c. sauerkraut juice 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. sugar 1, bunch watercress 1 ¢, finely cracked ice Place all ingredients .in container of electric blender; cover. Run blender until contents are completely blended (30 seconds to one and one-half minutes). Serve immediately. Makes approximately three cups or eight servings.
