Drastic Changes Hinted in Europe Arms Program

WASHINGTON, May 18 (UP) —Actor Jean Hersholt “turned

over to the Library of Congress today a catalogue of the $75,000 collection of Hans Christian An-

derson writings that he has willed to the United States. | The Hollywood and radio actor, a native of Denmark, said he; willed the collection to the government “out of gratefulness to the United States.” “The United States,” he said, ‘has been extremely geod to Mrs. | Hersholt and me.” Mr. Hersholt’'s is the largest private collection of Anderson writings in the world. The catalogue covers 500 items.
