In the city of Paris, the aging Louis Pasteur was carried to his Institute for a last look at his laboratory. Before him were all the relics of his brilliant scientific accomplishment. Slowly he fingered the tubes and flasks . . . studied the tools of his triumph over disease.

Turning to his friends, he sighed: ““ Therg is still a great deal to do!”
