Variety Show Is Planned

Nursing Group

To Sponsor Event

Tomorrow night the Methodist Hospital School of Nursing will sponsor a variety show at 8 p. m. in the White Cross Service Center, It is open to the public. Proceeds of the show will hene-! fit the school project of assistance to nurses in the Martha-Maria Hospital, Nuremberg, Germany.

Headline number will be the “Famed Florodora Girls” Dr. Richard Schmidt, Joe Aufder-

heide, Chester M: Warman. William Barent and Richard M. Loughery of the hospital staff in a song and dance act. Members of the junior school faculty and hospital laboratory technicians will put on original skits. Dr. William Noe and Dr. Lowell Thomas will sing and Miss Betty Dickson, pianist, will play. A parody on “The Thing" will be sung by Miss Judy Andrews and Miss Geraldine Akers, students, strumming ukelele accompaniment. A German band from Jordan Music College will open the show and Mr. Loughery will be master of ceremonies. {
