Little Hoover Group Sets Plans

Constitutional

Convention Proposed Indiana’s “Little Hoover” Commission considered a state constitutional convention today as a principal means of streamlining and injecting more efficiency into state, government, Gov. Schricker suggested at the commission's organizational meeting yesterday that it “weigh the advisability” of such a move for cutting out red tape in the state governmental setup and reducing the financial burden.
