I give you my permission to break out of your position,” # From the 1st Battalion of the Gloucesters came the brief reply: “We will try to do so, sir.” Fach company was told to do! what it could to slice through the Communist hordes on all sides. Capt. M. G. (Mike) Harvey of’ Portsmouth, England, decided quickly. Capt. Harvey (whose sister Mrs. J. Charges Federal Power Group ‘Playing Footsy’ WASHINGTON, Apr. 27 (UP +~Sen. Alexander Wiley (R. Wis.) said today that the Federal Power Commission seems to be “playing footsy” with certain “private interests.” Sen. Wiley made the charge in a statement prepared for insertion in the Congressional Record. He attacked the Power Commission's
refusal to hear evidence on a complaint that natural gas rates of the Phillips Petroleum Co. are excessive. He said there is a ‘deep suspicion” iff the minds of the people of his state that some “smelling shenanigans” are behind the Power Commissioner's “legal hocuspocus.”
