Services for James Whitlock, 854 W. Ninth St., who drowned with two other persons in White River Saturday, will be held Saturday in Hopkinsville, Ky. He was 45. The body was found yesterday by police dragging crews 150 yards north of 26th St., 15 feet from the west bank of the river. The other victims of the capsized boat, Arel Grindean, 34, and his son Arel Jr. 11, were found Sunday. ' A native of Hopkinsville, Ky., Mr. Whitlock had lived in Indianapolis 15 years and was employed as a mechanic at the Union Stock Yards garage 12 years. Survivors include his wife, Mattie, Indianapolis; his mother, Mrs. Hattie Gregory; stepfather, Ernest Gregory; one brother, Virgil Gregory, and five sisters, Mrs. Cora Rogers, the Misses Fannie and Margaret Gregory, all of Hopkinsville, and Miss Elizabeth Gregory and Mrs. Hattie Walker, both of Indianapolis.
