Marion County Grand Jury today indictad 17-year-old Robert James Coy, 3128 S. State Ave., for manslaughter in the Nov. 17 traffic death of Harold Van Zandt, 15, of 3706 Asbury St. The Grand Jury also reindicted Harold Brady, 34, of 236 Smith
