Rosemary Moeller Will Say Vows

GREENSBURG, Apr. 7 — At 3:45 p. m. tomorrow Miss Rosemary Moeller and David Anson Bibler will exchange wedding vows in the Greensburg Methodist Church. The Rev. Guy D. Carpenter will officiate, Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Raymond C. Moeller of this city, and Dr. and Mrs. Lester D. Bibler, 3821 Guilford Ave., Indianapolis. In a frock of dark green taffeta with matching elbow length mitts and half hat, Mrs. Burney 8. Jackson, Lynngrove, will be her sister's matron of honor, The bridesmaids in purple and lavender taffeta will be Miss Lois Horning and Miss Jane Lindenberg. Patricta Louise Jackson, a niece of the bride, will be flowergirl.

Attendants Attending the bridegroom as best man will be James Huffer. Ushers will be Leland Pruett, Shelbyville; Robert Haller, ‘Ft. Wayne; William Durban Day Jr, Seymour, and William Engle, Indianapolis. The bride will be gowned in stiff white lace over taffeta. Her short veil will fall from a Juliet net cap. She will carry a colonial bouquet of valley lilies. Immediately following the ceremony, a reception will he held in the parlors of the YMCA. The couple, both graduates of Indiana University, will live in Mishawaka. The bride is a member of Alpha Xi Delta Sorority.

Lt. Forest Higgs of the Indianapolis Police Department juvenile aid division will be guest speaker for the Manual High School Parent-Teacher Association meeting Wednesday. It will be at 7:45 p. m. in the school library. Lt. Higgs will talk on “Understanding Ourselves and Our Children Through Citizenship.” He will be introduced by Paul Ritter, juvenile and youth committee chairman. A question and answer period will follow. Officers for the year will be elected at a business session after the program.
