ATLANTA, Ga. Apr. T— A reception in the College Park Woman's Club followed the marriage of Miss Lucille Ruppersburg and Lt. Frank James Moyahan, Alexandria, La. at 4 p. m. today. The service was held in the Ft. McPherson Chapel here. The . couple's parents are Mr. and Mrs. L. A. Ruppersburg, College Park, Ga., and Mrs. F. V. Moynahan, 1733 N. Meridian St, Indianapolis. Miss Margie Seymour, College Park, was maid of honor. She wore a ballerina embroidered organdy frock. Bridesmaids, dressed like the honor attendant. were Mrs.

Fred ,h Zried of Lafayette, Ind., was best man. Ushers were William Bell and Hugh Ruppersburg, both of College Park. Wearing traditional white satin, the bride carried a bridal bouquet of valley lilies and ivy. Following the reception, the couple left by plane for Miami and Nassau. The bride attended Shorter College and the University of Georgia. The bridegroom, a member of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity, attended Butler University.

Richard K. Shull, 4937 Boulevard Place, took Miss Avriel J. Christie as his bride in an 8 p. m. ceremony yesterday in the Marott Hotel. The Rev. Logan Hall of the Meridian Street Methodist Church performed the rite. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Donald E.
Christie, Carmel. parents of the bridegroom. Miss Christie chose Mrs. Edward M. Blackwell II as her matron of honor. She wore cocoa brown net fashjoned with a stole and a bustle back. Her matching lace cap was trimmed with brown roses on each side. The bridesmaids, Miss Norma Iula and Miss Rosalind Brown, Carmel; Mrs. Denzil Rynerson, Bloomington; Mrs. Joseph P. Kinnaman, Mrs. H. In a period- antique ivory satin and lace gown, the bride carried a lace and ivory fan with clusters of ivory roses. Her gown was styled with a molded jacket, high Victorian lace collar, elaborate bustle of satin and lace which extended into a cathedral train. The long fitted sleeves had huge cuffs embroidered with seed pearls in scrolled designs. Her full illusion short veil fell from a white dove worn low on the forehead. Immediately following the
