A dark brown Rolls-Royce built for Mother Queen Mary of England in 1947 and later owned by the notorious West Coast mobster Mickey Cohen, will soon be seen on Indianapolis streets. The limousine, which cost Her Royal Majesty $26,000 a few years ago, has been bought by John Schaler III, 21-year-old Hoosier automobile fancier. The Purdue University senior recently purchased the car in Florida where it had been in storage. He then drove it to Indianapolis,
