The Indianapolis Theosophicall Society will present the president | of thé Theosophical Society in| America in public lectures tomorrow and Monday at 8 p. m. in the World War Memorial East Room. James 8, Perkins, the national president, will talk tomorrow night on “Men of the Future” and Monday night, on Be ‘“‘Freedom Through Intui- Mr. Perkins tion.” The speaker, an artist in private life, in January attended! the 75th International Convention of the Theosophical Society in Madras, India. Twenty-two nations including the United States sent 1636 delegates. The Theosophical Society of America expresses a three-fold purpose: To promote brotherhood, # encourage the study of comparative religions, philosophy, science and laws governing men and nature. Mrs. Anna Johnson Lazarus is local president. |
