For this, he was awarded the Silver Star. He had received the Bronze Star for action in the Normandy invasion. PH While serving with the Airborne Rangers in the Wonju sector of Korea, Lt. Heath was trapped with his unit in the area around Wonju last December. They were foreed to burn everything except the clothing that they were wearing. Goodyear Contract Talks To Resume Mar. 22

Mar. 17 (UP)--| Contract negotiations will be re[sumed in Cleveland, Mar. 22 be{tween the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. and the United Rubber Workers Union (CIO), a company official has disclosed here. Talks between the company and the union were broken off in Cincinnati Mar. 9 after a deadlock ‘on the question of the union shop. Fred Climer, Goodyear vice president in charge of industrial relations, said the company had requested that they be reopened in hopes of breaking the deadlock. He said the company will offer a new proposal. The union has threatened to call 25,000 Goodyear workers out on strike if an agreement is not reached before Mar. 31,
