Woman's Deparment Club Plans General Meeting Wednesday
Veteran Members to Be Honored:
Election Scheduled From Noon to 3 p. m. The Woman's Department Club will honor its 25-year-old-or-more members at the general meeting Wednesday. The meeting will be at 1:30 p. m. in the clubhouse, ~ Polls for the general club election will be, open from noon to 3 p. m. Officers for the next two yesirs will be elected. Dr. Raymond 8, Stites, Washington lecturer, will talk on “Masterpieces From the National Gallery of Art” and show colored slides -of paintings. The speaker is the National Gallery director of education. A native of New Jersey, he received degrees from Brown — University and the University of Vienna. For a period of years he
taught art, esthetics and classics In Brown, Cornell, Iowa, Chicago and Columbia Universities.
