Rochester calls tonight. And The Royals
Fieldhouse, Rochester has been one lives to date. The local pros hold a 4-2 edge over Coach Les Harrison's crew. Both Challengers Both the Royals and the Dn are challengers, a few removed, in the NBA's Rochester is second, two games behind the mighty Minneapolis Lakers. The Olymps are fourth, one game behind the Ft. Wayne Pistons. The Olymps can shave a half-game off that Piston bulge tonight if the scoreboard gives them more winks than the Royals. Our local heroes could have used more winks last night in Syracuse when they flirted with disaster and the Nationals, 121-97. The 121 total points of the Nats enabled them to break by two points the NBA season mark set by Baltimore against Boston in December. * Nats Explode The Olymps were only nine points in. arrears as the fourth quarter began.
