Sift together one and onehalf cups flour, two teaspoons baking powder, one-half teaspoon salt and one tablespoon sugar. Combine one egg plus one egg white, beaten, and three-fourth cup milk. Add to dry mixture. Stir in one cup crushed pineapple and juice and two tablespoons melted butter. Drop by spoonfuls on hot griddle. Serve hot with cranberry sauce. Makes approximately 12 cakes.
