Slimmer and softer are the buy-words for spring dresses, according to Women's Wear Dally which keeps track on fashion preferences of — and for — the nation's retailers. | In -its~ spring-summer fashion forecast, Women's Wear also] predicts more “one-piece dresses for spring. DALLAS, Mar, 3—Fashion editors and feature writers of the United States will start migrating toward Dallas today. Reason for this invasion of the great Southwest is the Inauguration of national press week by the Dallas {Fashion Center. The Fashion Center, composed of the most style-conscious firms of the 80 Dallas manufacturers of women’s and children’s apparel, will play host to the visiting editors. The writers will see 17 lines representative of the market. In order that the visiting editors may get an over-all picture of the .city at the same time, showings have been scheduled at different interesting places.
