Gone are the days when ‘just any old stocking” would do. Today's’ well - groomed ‘legs are sheathed in fashion stockings, hosiery selected for a particular costume, That means they may have a design on the heel, the seam, the instep or the ankle. With or without such designs; this season's hosiery boasts warmer, lighter coloring, _ It's a rule that when hemlines rise. hosiery shades become lighter.
