MADISON, Wis.,, Feb, 17 (UP) -Indiana’s indoor track team whipped the University of Wis,|consin, 68 5-12 to 45 7-12, today by winning nine of the 12 events and working up a four-way tie in the pole vault. Wisconsin's mile relay team .chopped .3 seconds from the old annex mark of 3.28.4, set in 1949 by Don Gehrmann, Dick Whipple, Mel Goldin and Bob Mansfield. The Badgers’ loss was their first in Big Ten competition this season. They scored a lopsided track victory over Minnesota in
